Man Khushwant Singh called – “The Tastemaker to the nation”
and “the Czar of Indian food” has long been considered as
the man responsible for standardizing Indian food and putting
it on the International palate. Through his active promotion
of Indian Cuisine around the world, Jiggs Kalra continues
to be the inspiration of the present-day generation.
In
2004, the International Food and Beverage Forum inducted him
into their global Hall of

In February ’99, the Government of Rajasthan appointed him
Advisor to the Ministry of Tourism. In
